For the teens crew at Kinetic Martial Arts we actually mix our training across a couple of different class types. The Teens BJJ crew train in their own class learning techniques & skills specific to their age, but they also are invited into the adults BJJ class where they get the opportunity of training with some experienced older players & great role models of a health & fit lifestyle.
Kinetic is the perfect environment for an adult beginner who is looking to start BJJ & wants to make sure they develop the core skills required for a long journey in this amazing martial art.
We are a small group of very dedicated & very enthusiastic BJJ lovers.
We train hard but our first priority when training is the safety of ourselves and of our training partners.
Our adults focused BJJ classes are accessible to men and women, old guys and young adults.

Our Condors class is designed for kids 9 – 12 years of age. Our Condors class is especially suited to kids as they grow to become mature enough to join one of our teens groups.
In our Condors classes we teach some of the core techniques from Hapkido & BJJ to help our kids get a grounding in a broad range of skills for their immediate benefit & so they can more neatly into any area of martial arts in their future as they become an adult.
In this class we will also talk about different life habits, to set all our kids up with good habits as they start to make their own decisions.
Kinetic Martial Arts Sutherland is conveniently located across the road from Sutherland Shire Council and Sutherland Entertainment Centre.
Training with us is a great decision whether this will be your first time in a Dojang (meaning martial arts gym), or if you are getting back into it after a break. Many of our members have found that in just a few months they have improved their strength, fitness and flexibility, all whilst developing authentic and practical martial arts skills and techniques.
