Class Types

  • Fit Kick: A fitness, flexibility and muscle toning class with loads of kicks and stretches. Open to anyone over the age of 14.
  • Tae Kwon Do: A Tae Kwon Do class specially designed for kids.
  • Hapkido – Sparrows: A Hapkido class specially designed for children aged 3 to 5 years of age.
  • Hapkido – Hawks: A Hapkido class specially designed for children aged 6 to 8 years of age.
  • Hapkido – Falcons: A Hapkido class specially designed for children aged 9 to 14 years of age.
  • Hapkido – Adults: A general Hapkido class, open to all adults including beginners.
  • Sparring: A class focused on non-contact tournament style fighting with an opponent. Open to students of all ages.
  • Grappling: A special class for those students invited by the instructor only. This class focuses on ground or grappling style techniques, and provides an extention to the Adults Hapkido classes.
