Fit Kick

Fit Kick classes are fun, full of energy and taught to music.

Fit Kick guarantees to improve your fitness, flexibility and muscle tone and provide you with all the health benefits associated with training in a martial art, but without the commitment level that is often required by martial arts training.

The classes are taught by an experienced martial arts instructor who will ensure that you perform all exercises and techniques properly to avoid any injuries.

The classes are suitable for all types of people - no matter how fit you already are. When you come to your first class be sure to tell the instructor what you want to work on and he’ll help to make sure you see improvements there straight after the first class.

Tammy has been training with Kinetic Martial Arts since 2005 and now does the Fit Kick class. She says: "The benefits of training at Kinetic Martial Arts are more than just learning Hapkido.
