Your First Class

Starting any new class can be an exciting yet daunting experience. At Kinetic Martial Arts we believe the best way to know whether our classes are for you is to try a class for yourself, so we are happy for you to come in and try a free class or two to find out if this is the place for you.

We will provide you with a little extra support during your first class, to ensure you understand the techniques that are being taught. Where necessary we may simplify some of the movements for you so that you get the full benefits of training with us from the start.

Regardless of whether you are starting Hapkido or Fit Kick, you should prepare for your first class in the same way.
